The diplomatic partnership between Kenya and Chad has reached new heights, anchored in shared principles of mutual respect, African unity, and collective progress. Both nations remain committed to advancing common objectives that prioritize the welfare of their citizens, the continent’s growth, and global cooperation.
In a recent statement, President William Ruto of Kenya commended Chad’s vital role in the United Nations-backed Multinational Security Support Mission in Haiti. Chad’s deployment of troops has been instrumental in bolstering efforts to restore peace, stability, and hope for the Haitian people, reinforcing the spirit of pan-African solidarity.
During productive discussions at the State House in Nairobi, President Ruto and Chadian President Mahamat Idriss Déby reviewed key regional priorities. President Ruto expressed gratitude for Chad’s pivotal contribution to the recent Africa Forward Summit, which concluded successfully in Kenya.
These exchanges underscore the deepening collaboration between the two nations, setting a strong foundation for future partnerships in security, economic development, and international diplomacy.
