Key appointments announced in Chad’s security sector restructuring

New leadership takes charge
- Mahamat Koty Abdraman has been appointed as the new Director of the General Directorate of User Reception Centers, taking over from First Grade Police Controller Ismail Moussa Fadoul Sawa, who has been reassigned to other duties within the security apparatus.
- Khassim Taha Bouri now leads the Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Equipment, and Personnel, replacing Mahamoud Dakou Abdramane, who has also been shifted to a new role.
