The head of state sequentially received thirteen new diplomatic representatives, each preparing to undertake their duties in the Republic of Bénin. During these individual audiences, every ambassador presented their letters of credence, the official document from their respective nations accrediting them to the Béninois president.

The diplomats involved represent a diverse array of thirteen countries: Mauritania, Thailand, Pakistan, Nigeria, Ghana, Vietnam, India, the United Kingdom, Cuba, Algeria, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Chad.
