The High Authority for Party Regulation (HARP) of Pastef-Les Patriotes has unveiled the provisional list of candidates for the upcoming party leadership election. According to its official decision, only Ousmane Sonko‘s candidacy has been validated at this stage.

No other applications met the required criteria, as confirmed in the document released by the regulatory body. The upcoming Pastef-Les Patriotes congress, scheduled in the coming weeks, will determine the party’s next president.
