Congo and Togo deepen diplomatic engagement with high-level meeting in Oyo
In a significant diplomatic move, President Denis Sassou-N’Guesso of the Republic of the Congo welcomed President Faure Gnassingbé of the Togolese Republic to Oyo over the weekend.
