During the inspection, Mr. Gadengar Roasna Rodrigue, Director of Urban Planning for the central municipality, emphasized the pivotal role of the Hilton executive site for N’Djamena. He explained that this infrastructure is vital for managing water flow, effectively channeling rainwater towards the river while simultaneously preventing river overflow from inundating the city during periods of high water.
