The leader of the Fédération pour la paix universelle (FPU) in Chad, Emmanuel Nadingar, held a press briefing at the Sabangali headquarters in the third district of N’Djaména yesterday. The gathering served as a platform to address escalating global conflicts and the nation’s own socio-political tensions.
Speaking as a former Prime Minister, Nadingar highlighted how violent disputes over resources worldwide have pushed communities to regroup and reinforce their ranks. Closer to home, he noted significant shifts in Chad’s political landscape, though he refrained from elaborating further.
To counter these challenges, the FPU president urged all Chadians to reject divisive tendencies, isolationism, and acts of aggression. He emphasized the urgent need for peace, advocating for open and genuine dialogue as the foundation for national unity. Only through solidarity, he stressed, can the country gather the strength to overcome its mounting obstacles.
Founded in 2005, the Fédération pour la paix universelle operates in over 190 countries, promoting peace and interfaith cooperation.
