The Ministry of Public Service, Labour, and Social Dialogue has officially announced the opening of both internal and external entrance examinations for Cycle II and III programs at the National School of Administration (ENA). This initiative aims to strengthen Togo’s public administration by providing advanced training opportunities for qualified candidates.
A total of 110 positions are available for this year’s session, welcoming applicants of all genders who meet the eligibility criteria. The selection process will evaluate candidates’ professional experience, academic backgrounds, and readiness to contribute to national development through public service.

The application period will run from Monday, 15 June 2026, at 7:00 AM to Friday, 17 July 2026, at 5:00 PM. All applications must be submitted during official working hours at the following locations:
- The ENA headquarters in Lomé
- Regional Labour and Social Affairs offices in Kara
- Regional Labour and Social Affairs offices in Dapaong
Written exams scheduled for mid-August
According to the official announcement, the written portion of the entrance examinations will take place on 12 and 13 August 2026.
