Furthermore, the dialogue also addressed avenues for creating employment opportunities for Chadian youth within these burgeoning tech sectors. 

Benguela Guidjinga, the Secretary-General, conveyed considerable enthusiasm for the innovative proposals presented by the Turkish delegation. He highlighted specific interest in pioneering methods for mobile equipment control and strengthening border security infrastructure.
