Ryanair expands winter flight network in Morocco with 17 new routes
Ryanair is set to launch its largest winter flight program ever in Morocco, introducing 17 new routes. Seven of these will originate from Rabat, adding up to a total of 5.3 million available seats.
During the 2026 winter season, Ryanair will operate 156 routes connecting the Kingdom to 14 European countries. Rabat stands out as the primary beneficiary of these new routes, followed by Marrakech and Agadir, each gaining five additional connections.
The full list of European cities and flight frequencies will be revealed later. However, the announcement confirms a strategic reinforcement of the airline’s network in Morocco’s top three tourist hubs.
This winter program marks a historic milestone for Ryanair in Morocco, aligning with national efforts to enhance the country’s air connectivity. The initiative aims to make destinations more accessible while distributing tourism flows more evenly across regions.
Thirteen airports to benefit from expanded service
Ryanair’s winter schedule will bolster operations in 13 airports nationwide. Key cities like Fès, Tétouan, Essaouira, Ouarzazate, Dakhla, and Nador will see improved access, complementing the new routes in Rabat, Marrakech, and Agadir.
The expanded network is expected to elevate the visibility of less-traveled Moroccan destinations, attracting more European travelers. With 5.3 million seats and 156 routes, this winter program represents Ryanair’s most ambitious expansion in the country to date.
