The Republic of Burundi has once again reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to Morocco’s territorial integrity and sovereignty over its entire expanse, encompassing the Sahara region. This stance was clearly outlined in a joint statement following high-level discussions between Burundi’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration, and Development Cooperation, Édouard Bizimana, and his Moroccan counterpart, Nasser Bourita.
