The Nigerian military announced the release of hundreds of individuals abducted months earlier by a Boko Haram faction in Ngoshe, Borno State. According to footage released by the army, women and children—visibly distressed—were transported in military vehicles under cover of night and later gathered in an open area, closely monitored by soldiers.
