Flick, however, spoke highly of Rashford, stating: « Transfers involving loaned players are never straightforward, especially given our current financial and squad situation. After returning from the World Cup break, Rashford rejoined Manchester United for pre-season training ahead of a friendly against Leeds United. Yet, his presence in the squad appears temporary.
