The Sénégal U17 national team secured a victory this Thursday during a friendly encounter against Tunisie. The young Lionceaux, led by coach Lamine Sané, finished the match with a 1-0 win at the Stade municipal de Hammam Lif, marking a key step in their training for the CAN U17 Maroc 2026.

For this preparation match, the Sénégalese manager chose Assane Sarr to start in goal while wearing the captain’s armband. The Ndangane FC goalkeeper, a former winner of the UFOA A U17, was protected by a defensive unit consisting of Cheikh Dieng, Cheikh Thior, Abdourahmane Dièye, and Thierno Sow.
