The disturbing ordeal of two individuals, Antoine Zogonimbou and Mboliloungoule, has been confirmed following their abduction by Russian mercenaries operating in the Central African Republic. The two men were initially seized in Zemio, a town situated in the country’s southeastern region, marking the beginning of a harrowing experience.
Information gathered indicates that Zogonimbou and Mboliloungoule subsequently endured a period of severe torture in Berengo, a location known for its operational significance, at the hands of these foreign combatants. Following this brutal treatment, they were reportedly transferred to the nation’s capital, Bangui, where they are now being held in gendarmerie cells.
