Cameroon’s airport operator clears key hurdle for premium stock market debut
An evaluation workshop held in Kribi on June 24, 2026, confirmed the readiness of Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC S.A.) to transition to the regional bourse.
Regional stock exchange greenlights premium listing
The evaluation session in Kribi brought together ADC’s board members, general assembly delegates, and BVMAC representatives, alongside consulting firms Deloitte and Touche, NYA and CO, and SDB EMERALD Securities Services Bourse S.A. The gathering served as both a progress review and a knowledge-sharing platform.
The workshop featured two key presentations: Patrick MBARGA, Head of Management Control at ADC, detailed the ongoing stock market entry process, while the consulting teams presented their independent assessments of the company’s readiness.
The BVMAC’s Director General concluded the session by declaring ADC fully prepared for a premium listing. According to his assessment, the company has met all necessary requirements and is now positioned to enter the regional stock exchange at the premium tier.
Following this milestone, ADC’s leadership will finalize preparations for the official market debut, marking a significant development in Cameroon’s aviation sector financing landscape.
