Gabon strengthens defense with combat helicopters and frigates

The President of the Republic, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, has unveiled a sweeping modernization plan for Gabon’s defense and security forces. Central to this initiative are newly acquired MI-35 attack helicopters and state-of-the-art frigates, designed to elevate the country’s operational capabilities across land, sea, and air domains.
