Regional Cooperation on the Agenda
The Libyan vice-commander-in-chief, General Saddam Haftar, has arrived in N’Djamena, the capital of Chad, where he was welcomed by President Mahamat Déby Itno at the presidential palace.
During their meeting, both sides discussed regional issues of common interest and explored ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in various fields, in line with the strategic interests of both countries.
