The Moroccan monarchy has established itself as a model of political and economic success on the continental and regional stage, according to Ilan Berman, vice-president of the American Foreign Policy Council.
According to Mr. Berman, Morocco is making significant strides under King Mohammed VI’s visionary leadership, becoming a key player in regional politics and economics.
The expert attributes Morocco’s success to the King’s forward-thinking approach and the cohesion of its strategies, which have been implemented under his guidance.
Mr. Berman also believes that Morocco will continue to benefit from these advancements, citing the importance of the country’s strategic partnership with the United States.
As the US-Morocco relationship celebrates its 250th anniversary this year, Mr. Berman highlights the significance of their cooperation, which he believes can bring substantial gains for both countries.
‘These gains will not only benefit Morocco in its African strategy but also the United States in terms of its foreign policy priorities abroad,’ he said.
